Dr. Fatimah Alhamlan is a scientist–executive who transforms research into real-world healthcare impact. A Senior Scientist in infectious diseases at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre and an Adjunct Professor at Alfaisal University, she has spent more than two decades advancing microbial diagnostics, prevention, and public health innovation. Her research group has driven national progress in HPV-related cancers, infectious diseases, awareness, and capability building, developing homegrown solutions that strengthen Saudi Arabia’s health ecosystem.


As an executive leader, Dr. Alhamlan oversees multidisciplinary innovative programs that translate scientific discovery into scalable, revenue-generating healthcare models. Her work is fueled by strategic partnerships, targeted investment, and a commitment to patient-centered impact.
She is the Founder and Vice President of the Rofaida Women’s Health Organization and the Co-Founder and Board Member of the Women and Energy Organization, championing women’s advancement across sectors. She has served for four years as a judge for MIT Innovators Under 35 MENA and contributes widely through advisory boards in health and wellness, as well as more than 100 publications.
